Prenatal Health

Pregnancy has its own special set of “symptoms” and “side effects”, some mild but annoying, some more serious. From morning sickness to gestational diabetes, we’ll cover all the most common and their treatments, as well as how to know when you need to seek help.

We’ll also talk about preparation for labor and birth, the issue of prenatal vitamins, and nutrition for pregnancy.

Whether you’re pregnant or you’re planning to be, or you care for women who are, this class is invaluable in preparing mother, father, and child for a strong healthy life!
