Mainstream breast health is largely limited to self-exams and mammograms, but there’s a lot more to breast health than that!
From mastitis to breast cancer, this class will cover causes, symptoms, and natural treatments for breast issues, including allopathic options and their potential consequences.
We’ll also talk about fibroids, cysts, benign tumors, the effects of hormone therapies, and even bras! We’ll give some special attention to the lymphatic system, which is so intertwined with breast issues.

This class is part of our women’s reproductive health intensive. These classes will take place one Sunday per month, 10am – 5pm, and will cover all aspects of women’s reproductive health, starting with fertility.
Each class will be a self-contained unit, so you do not have to attend every class: you can just choose the topics you’re interested in.
